Getting injectables without using medical grade skincare is like not brushing your teeth between dental appointments.

Are you new to Medical Grade Skincare and not sure where to start? Or maybe you are using just one product and it's time for a regime revamp?

Here’s the thing, getting injectables without using medical grade skincare is like not brushing your teeth between dental appointments. It is that important, so why not protect your investment with a good quality skincare routine. We would have no problem starting you on a 15 step regime (we are all skincare addicts here at PHI), but here is an easy, simple guide to get you started. Please keep in mind that this guide is what it says, it's BASIC. Every individual is so different and some skin concerns may involve more or less of what is listed. We are always happy to chat about you and your skin and preach that skincare is such a personal journey.

Cleanse

This works to melt away dirt, oil, debris and makeup on your skin. The perfect cleanser will improve circulation, open your pores and cleanse your skin.⁣⁣ We love SkinMedica’s AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser on our skin.

Toner

Often misunderstood, it’s an especially effective way to promote cell turnover, help to clean out your pores and control skins’ PH level so the next ingredient can work its magic✨ ⁣⁣ We love ZO Skin Health’s Complexion Renewal Pads. Not only is it easy to use, it removes dirt, dead skin cells and other impurities to unclog pores, while soothing sensitive skin.

Serum

We like an antioxidant serum during the day and a growth factor applied at night. Retinol is also a great addition in the PM.⁣⁣ SkinMedica’s TNS Essential Serum is an antioxidant and growth factor combined. It works to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone, large pores and rough texture.

Hydrate

Adding a hydrating and soothing moisturizer/hydrator to your routine will plump and feed your skin to give it that healthy glow.⁣⁣ We love SkinMedica’s HA5 to hydrate your skin on a cellular level.

Sunscreen

No questions asked, step 1-4 will be useless if you are not protecting your skin.⁣⁣ The benefits of sunscreen are endless! Even the mildest of sunburns can have damaging, long lasting effects. Your skin will be more even toned, stronger, radiant and healthy with regular use of sunscreen. We love Skinceuticals Sheer Physical Defense.
