PHI'S Patient Re-Opening Guidelines

As we are getting close to a re-opening date, we wanted to update you all on our new clinic protocols. Of course it’s not business as usual for us, but we are doing all that we can to take care of you and our staff during these unprecedented times. In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone we are going to ask that you adhere to the following COVID-19 Alberta Health guidelines during your upcoming visit:  

  1. You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire at the time of booking, as well as 48 hours before booking, and the day of your appointment. 

  2. Please arrive at the clinic with your mask on. You will continue to wear it throughout your appointment, unless the area being treated needs to be visible. If you don’t have a mask, we are happy to provide one for a small $2 charge. 

  3. Upon arrival, we will take your temperature and require you to use hand sanitizer.

  4. All consent forms must be completed at home prior to arriving. We will not be making use of iPad during this time. 

  5. We ask that you arrive to the clinic on time for your appointment and no earlier.

  6. To ensure social distancing, we ask that only the patient attends the appointment. Please no guests, children or pets accompanying you inside the clinic.

  7. We ask that you leave all personal belongings, such as handbags and jackets at home. 

  8. Please arrive with a clean face/no makeup, including lipsticks and lip balms.

  9. If you are having dermal fillers in your lips we will get you to use an antiseptic mouthwash before injections. 

  10. Please use the bathroom at home prior to arriving to your appointment

  11. We prefer not to accept cash during this time. Please make sure to bring the appropriate payment method with you. 

  12. If you wish to purchase products during your visit please let your injector or front desk staff know and they will collect those items for you. No testers will be available for sampling or testing product. 

  13. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. We have staggered patient appointment times for social distancing and the safety of our staff.

  14. Currently we have a high volume of clients due to all the cancelled appointments. Therefore, we will be strict on our $100 no show policy. This is non-refundable if you miss your appointment for any reason other than presenting with COVID-19 symptoms.

We are more than excited to see you all and even though procedures are slightly different, we promise you will still have the same exceptional “PHI” experience.
