EXOSOME TREATMENTS IN CALGARY

PLATELET RICH PLASMA MICRONEEDLING WITH EXOSOME THERAPY

At PHI, we’re always striving to provide the most advanced and effective treatments for our patients. That’s why we’re excited to now offer exosomes as part of our PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) microneedling procedure, enhancing your skin rejuvenation results like never before.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a procedure that utilizes platelets, containing growth factors, from a patient’s own blood to stimulate stem cells and produce new collagen. Exosomes are rich in growth factors, proteins, and lipids, which work synergistically with PRP to support cell communication and healing. Both PRP and microneedling are already excellent at stimulating collagen production. When paired with exosomes, they provide a powerful, comprehensive approach to addressing fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin texture, and overall skin aging.

Exosomes are small, membrane-enclosed vesicles that play a crucial role in cell-to-cell communication and various biological processes. When your skin tissue ages, the exosome signals the cells to repair and regenerate your old cells. We use exosomes in conjunction with PRP to enhance the healing benefits and overall health of your skin. At PHI we are always at the forefront of science and technology and this is like nothing we have ever seen before.

Exosomes stimulate more effective results when micro-needled into the skin and have shown extraordinary results in the field of skincare due to their potential to:

  • Promote cell regeneration and repair

  • Enhance collagen production

  • Protect against environmental damage

  • Improve skin hydration and moisture retention

What to expect during the treatment:

The treatment itself will take approximately 60 minutes due to preparation time. First, blood must be drawn from you. We then separate the blood cells and draw out the “liquid gold”/PRP. Depending on the treatment you choose, we can apply the PRP and EXOSOMES on top of the skin with your micro-needling treatment, injected directly into the area (hair restoration) or injected underneath (eyes, jawbone, neck lines, around the lips). Depending on the treatment choice, we can apply topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable.
