This is one of my favorite posts to write each year. Not only do I get the chance to learn more about my co-workers, but I also love goal/ritual setting.

Here’s the thing… Yes, we’re an aesthetic clinic with a team of medical professionals, but we’re also a close-knit group of women who are all striving to be the best moms, friends, wives, and professionals we can be. The New Year always brings a sense of joy and a gentle reminder of just how much we’ve accomplished in the past year.
