Happy New Year PHI babes! From our families to yours, we wish you all the best for the coming year. There is something so promising, fresh and exciting as we look ahead into the New Year. Many of us set goals, intentions and resolutions for the future, but how about we roll with the notion that there is nothing to “resolve”, you are all absolutely perfect. Be kind to yourself, drink water, wash your face, celebrate love and it will all work out in the end. Here are what our PHI’losophers are striving for this year

I’m jumping on the celery juice bandwagon and working on being more present/less screen time. I also want to reduce my waste - ditch plastic bags and disposables etc.
