Lisa Iverson is a distinguished leader in the field of medical aesthetics, with over 16 years of nursing experience — 14 of which have been devoted to perfecting the art and science of aesthetic medicine. Widely regarded as one of the most experienced and sought-after injectors in Western Canada, Lisa’s expertise has been shaped by years of collaboration with leading plastic surgeons and ongoing mastery of advanced injection techniques.
As a respected nurse faculty member for Allergan Aesthetics, Lisa serves as a national trainer and speaker, sharing her extensive knowledge with medical professionals across the country. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning has earned her recognition as a mentor and industry trailblazer.
Lisa is also the co-founder of PHI Medical Aesthetics in Calgary, Alberta, where she leads with a patient-first philosophy, delivering natural, refined results that enhance each individual’s unique beauty. Her dedication to elevating the standards of aesthetic medicine through innovation, education, and compassionate care has solidified her reputation as a true pioneer in the field.

Born and raised in Australia, Jodie Tilley’s adventurous spirit led her to the Canadian Rockies, where she quickly fell in love with the country’s vibrant culture, welcoming people, and stunning landscapes. Her passion for beauty, wellness, and exceptional care soon found a perfect home in Calgary.
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Jodie has developed an in-depth understanding of the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry. Her discerning eye for natural beauty and her commitment to age-preserving treatments have made her a respected leader in the field. As a co-founder of PHI Medical Aesthetics, Calgary’s premier specialized injectables clinic, Jodie has played a pivotal role in establishing a space where both women and men can feel confident and empowered.
Now in her 8th year as Director of Operations, Jodie’s leadership has been instrumental in the clinic’s continued growth and success. Her dedication to excellence, combined with her passion for patient care, has helped PHI Medical Aesthetics become a trusted destination for achieving natural, personalized results. Carly’s joy as an NP Medical Director comes from being part of an incredible community of professionals who are passionate about their clients and each other. She loves to support injectors through mentorship, best-practice policy development, and collaborative client care. Her PHI’losphy is that people and relationships are the secrets to true health, wealth, and happiness.
Her diverse practice as an RN in Mental Health and the NICU evolved into her role as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Acute Psychiatry, and of course, Medical Aesthetics! She recently celebrated 15 years with Alberta Health Services and joined the Class of 2027 in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta, spending her weekdays learning “all the things” to become a Doctor!

We’d like you to meet Jarret, our clinic manager and skin care expert. Jarret started out in the medical aesthetics field back in 2007 and was trained by Dr. David Will, a pioneer of the industry. Jarret has mastered various laser treatments and has advanced skin care product knowledge. Adding to her expertise, Jarret is also a certified makeup artist and is passionate about making people look and feel their best. Jarret is a huge asset to our team with her many years of experience as an office manager in aesthetics, coupled with her skincare knowledge and makeup artistry skills. Jarret knows every beauty hack, and every skincare product, and will always remember your name.

Shu is no stranger to the Calgary Medical Aesthetics industry, as she has worked as a Nurse Injector for 12 years, (even before MD Codes existed!). After seeing the life-changing & positive impact that an aesthetic procedure can have on a patient, Shu knew she wanted to dedicate her career to becoming an expert in the field.
She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Toronto in 2010 and she also has a degree in Kinesiology. Shu has been injecting since 2010 and has trained with different dermatologists in the medical and aesthetic field. She has also worked in the operating room during numerous hair transplant surgeries. Education and an aesthetic eye = the perfect injector skill set.
She believes in everything PHI represents: beauty, science, and long-lasting, trusting relationships with all of her patients. Shu prides herself on her attention to detail and a keen eye for natural results, all while celebrating each patient’s unique features.

Sarah is passionate about the evolving field of medical aesthetics and believes in educating and individualizing care to help each patient feel like the best version of themselves. Her artistic eye and attention to detail make her well-suited for PHI, and her minimalistic approach allows her to create natural and effective results that inspire confidence.
Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2009 from Mount Royal University and has worked primarily in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. Her passion for science and beauty led her to a career in aesthetics injectables in 2021. She has received intensive medical aesthetic training in Calgary and continues to advance her knowledge through continuing education courses and medical conferences, notably MD codes in Toronto with Dr. Mauricio de Maio.

Naz pursued Nursing with the long-term goal to enhance people’s confidence through medical aesthetics. Since 2013, she has been working as a Registered Nurse in women’s health, maternity and newborn care—all of which require extensive knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, a gentle touch, and compassion for different backgrounds and beliefs.
In 2020, Naz completed her injectable training, fulfilling her long-term goal to pursue medical aesthetics. As a Nurse Injector, she prioritizes prevention, proper maintenance and a whole lot of self love! She loves seeing how a subtle change or enhancement can revitalize a person's self-esteem.
Naz skillfully balances her love for medical aesthetics alongside her role as a part-time labour and delivery nurse.
When she’s not at Phi or the hospital, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her family and making memories with her twin boys.

Brittney, also known as, Nurse Bee is passionate about the aesthetic industry and loves all things beauty-related. She has a keen eye for detail and is a natural artist. Her goal through doing the work she does is to help individuals feel more confident and create more self-love by keeping clients looking natural and helping them feel empowered throughout their aging journey.
Brittney completed her nursing degree at UofA and her passion to care for women led her to work in Women’s Health, specializing in labour and postpartum care for 10 years. Her ability to connect, support, comfort and provide safe, personalized care comes naturally to her.
When she isn’t working, she is navigating motherhood and life with 3 Labrador Retriever dogs. Britt also loves to challenge herself to new fitness goals in the gym and spending time with her family.

We are thrilled to welcome Brittany to the PHI team! Brittany has been working as a Registered Nurse since 2015, with a diverse background in surgery, pediatrics, renal transplant, and vascular/thoracic surgery. In 2022, she embraced the fast-paced world of emergency medicine, drawn by the mental and physical challenges it offers.
With a lifelong love for all things beauty—skincare, makeup, and aesthetics—Brittany found her ideal balance of science and art in medical aesthetics. In 2024, she completed her injectable training and has since devoted herself to helping patients enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident in their skin.
Brittany is dedicated to achieving balanced, individualized results for patients while continuing to learn alongside our experienced Nurse Injector Team.
Outside of work, Brittany embraces self-care as a daily practice. She enjoys quality time with her teenage son (soon to be a high school graduate!), challenging herself in the gym, walking her Pomeranian Nova, and attending music festivals.

Ava’s journey into Medical Esthetics was inspired by her desire to support others in their self-confidence journey and creating meaningful, lasting relationships along the way. She earned her Advanced Clinical Esthetic diploma at the Esthetics Institute in Calgary, and went on to graduate from Blanche Macdonald’s Medical Esthetics program in Vancouver.
Ava’s welcoming energy, incredible smile, and attention to detail contribute to a smooth and uplifting experience for both our patients and our Clinical Director and Master Nurse Injector, Lisa Iverson.
As Phi’s sole Medical Esthetician, Ava provides personalized treatment options to support patients’ unique skin goals, including AlumierMD Chemical Peels, Medical Grade Skin Care Consults, and SkinPen Microneedling Services (coming soon!).
In her downtime, she loves exploring new restaurants, unwinding by the lake, and spending meaningful time with loved ones.

Jen is our team mama bear and is known for always making patients feel welcomed and comfortable with her calm and genuine demeanor.
She was born in Texas but graduated from U of C with a degree in Communications. Shortly after, she had the opportunity to live/travel all over the US and Europe with her hockey-playing family. As a natural communicator, Jen is fluent in French and can speak a bit German too. She is passionate about philanthropy and has been involved in the Tiny Footprints Pregnancy and Infant Loss organization for many years. On her off time, you'll find Jen watching her daughters dance, drinking coffee/wine with friends, and walking her dog with her husband.

Carolyn was a patient before working at PHI and is very passionate about injectables and skin care. Carolyn was also a Geological Consultant in the Oil & Gas industry for 10 years and recently made a career shift to become a Psychotherapist. She is kind, and compassionate and gives each patient who walks through PHI’s front door unconditional positive regard.
She is also our listening ear and support system for the PHI team. When she is not in school finishing her Master’s degree, or in the treatment chair, you can find her riding her horses. Carolyn is PHI’s country gal and breaks the stigma that injectables can be for everyone.

Kath is the most recent addition to PHI and you can catch her working the front desk at our new location in Mahogany. She recently graduated with her BA in Psychology and hopes to one day become a Psychologist. She is passionate about medical aesthetics and skincare, so she believes that looking good means feeling good.
